Welcome to the Natalie Kelley State Farm Agency!

I’ve been a State Farm agent since September 2008, and I’m proud to serve individuals and families in Roseburg, Oregon, and the surrounding Douglas County community. I enjoy helping people understand their insurance options and prepare for the future by protecting the things that matter most to them.

Roseburg has always been home. I grew up here, attended Umpqua Community College, and then transferred to the University of Oregon, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Being part of this community means a lot to me, and I’m grateful to have built my career right here in the place I call home.

Family is a big part of my life. My husband and I have two adult children, Brad and Amanda, and I’m happy to have Mikinzie, my daughter-in-law, as part of our family, too. We share our home with two dogs, Ranger and Waylon, and enjoy keeping up with our three grand-dogs!

Outside the office, I enjoy scrapbooking and taking pictures. I also love exploring the natural beauty of Oregon, whether that means hiking to waterfalls throughout Douglas County, taking our side-by-side into the mountains, or spending time along the Oregon Coast.

I was inspired to become an insurance agent because I wanted a career where I could help people prepare for the future and protect the things they’ve worked hard to build. I enjoy explaining insurance in a way that makes sense and helping individuals and families understand the options available to them.

My approach is built around communication and ongoing relationships. I take the time to answer questions, explain insurance options, and help people make informed decisions based on their individual needs. I believe these conversations should continue long after someone first visits our office.

As life changes, insurance needs can change, too. That’s why we offer regular customer reviews to discuss changes in customers’ lives, revisit their insurance needs, and help them understand the options available as their circumstances evolve. I want people to feel comfortable asking questions and know they can reach out to our team as their needs change.
